Timekeeping

iMethods has an Online Timecard System to help you manage your time and expenses during your project with us!  Our goal is to make time & expense-keeping simple and easy.

Through our timecard system you'll be able to:     

1. Track & Submit time and expenses

2. Electronically submit for approval & receive manager approval

3. Maintain a history of submitted timecards/expenses

 **Since you are an Independent Contractor, you are required to bill us for your services. You will need to create an invoice, and we will pay you based on that invoice.  We will need a timesheet to submit to the client for payment while the invoice is for iMethods to pay you. 

You will not attach the invoice to the timesheet, but please email invoices to  (HR@imethods.com)  Please submit your timesheet by 10:00am on Monday morning.  Once we receive your invoice and the client’s approval, we will process your payment. If timesheets are not submitted and invoices are not received by 10:00am on Monday, payment will be processed the following week.

Each Monday, you must fill out the online timecard and submit it for approval by 10:00am.  Your supervisor will then be able to log in and approve it. 

expense reporting

You must build the expense report into your timesheet and scan receipts for anything you are listing. The receipts need to be attached to the timecard BEFORE you submit it for approval.  You must attach each receipt to the appropriate expense line by clicking on the paperclip next to each one.  Also, every attachment must be in PDF format only.
